Lesley has a degree in history from the University of Lancashire, and has worked mainly in operations and marketing. In 2024 she decided she wanted to make a complete change of career and work in the care and education industry with younger children. She applied for an apprenticeship at Rosemount and joined us in May of that year as an apprentice Pre School Teacher. Lesley is currently working towards her level 3 Diploma in early years education and development.
