Following excellent A levels, Eli went on to achieve a First-class BSc degree in psychology and counselling in summer 2024. During her undergraduate years Eli combined her studies with working part time at Rosemount. She then worked at a school as a Special Educational needs’ teacher. Eli joined Rosemount full time in January 2026. Eli is skilled in emotional well-being and fostering resilience. She particularly enjoys working in the fields of Behaviour management and special needs, naturally making her the settings SENCO. Eli brings her varied skills to Rosemount.
