Courtney obtained 7 GCSE’S FROM Carshalton Girl School, Surrey in 2017, after which she studied A levels. During her studies Courtney worked as a nursery assistant. In summer 2019 Courtney decided she wanted a career in early years as she loves working with children and started a Level 2 Diploma in childcare & Education. She joined Rosemount in July 2019 as an apprentice pre-school teacher, achieving her diploma in 2020. She has successfully completed her Level 3 qualification in Early Years. She is the setting’s Designated Safeguarding Lead. She has successfully completed courses in child protection, safeguarding, Prevent procedures, FGM, and paediatric first aid. She was appointed Deputy Manager in early 2022. Became manager of the setting in May 2024. Currently working towards her level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Courtneys determination has seen her come through the ranks from apprentice to manager of the setting. Courtney brings enthusiasm, a love of teaching and an array of skills to Rosemount.
