Following A levels, Alessia obtained first class honours degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Hertfordshire. Since graduating, she has worked in the nursery school environment as an early year’s practitioner and room leader: leading and mentoring staff working towards their level 3 childcare qualification. Alessia joined Rosemount in November 2022 as a pre-school teacher. She has successfully completed courses in child protection, safeguarding, Prevent procedures, FGM, paediatric first aid, and Makaton. Became Deputy Manager of the setting in May 2024. Alessia is an avid reader, loves baking and creative design, and brings her varied skills to Rosemount.
