Bianca graduated in psychology and educational science from university in Romania. Since 2015 Bianca has worked in nursery education as an early years teaching assistant and was then promoted to cover teacher in 2017. She is experienced in all areas of early years and obtained a masters degree in early childhood and primary education in summer 2021. Bianca speaks English, Romanian, Italian and German. She has successfully completed several courses including first aid, lesson differentiation techniques, and developing fine motor skills in early childhood. Bianca joined Rosemount in September 2019. Bianca loves working with children and has a real love of art. She takes pleasure in helping children develop confidence, perseverance and resilience. She brings lots of enthusiasm and creativity to Rosemount. Bianca became our Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) in February 2021 and manager from October 2021. She is currently working towards a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.
